Liang Weng was once a highly decorated army general, but later retired and roamed the world. A highly skilled fighter who keeps a low profile, he knows no mercy for the evil and wicked. Carrying a deep secret, Liang Weng came to Guanyang Town with his grandson. Guanyang Town was ruled by the tyrant Master Hong Wu. Through the seemingly unwitting actions of his grandson, Liang Weng helped the people around him. When his close ones were hurt, Liang Weng dropped his disguise. After settling down everyone, he fearlessly took on the evil forces alone.
